An Off duty Tucson Cop is accused of tackling two women in a parking lot because he thought they were walking to slow. Another woman turns on her camera and starts recording while the off duty cop is on top of the women. The officer then makes a blatantly false claim that he is in danger in attempt to escalate officers that will be responding, and then repeatedly attempts to re-escalate the situation after a good Samaritan approaches and de-escalates.
