| Description: | Some have asked how the cop knows me by name. some suggest that i have a large criminal past and that is why. well they're not wrong about the criminal past but i know this officer from working YEARS in a restaurant with her. not from a criminal incident. sorry for not clarifying. I returned to the Anne Arundel county attorney's office to drop off a new notice of intent to sue for the wrongful arrest and falsifying of a police report. when i arrived they attempted to lock the office on me and refuse to allow me to file it. when i went downstairs as i was instructed to do by the lady in the office they called the police on me. luckily i knew the officer that showed up as we worked together for many years. the lead county attorney GREGORY SWAIN attempted to come out and escalate the situation and make a big deal out of me trying to drop off a piece of paper. i now have an appointment to go back and sit down with him tomorrow at 2pm to voice my concerns about Hamilton and to file these new papers. it is clear the county will go to severe lengths to try and stop me from holding them accountable but we wont give up until they take responsibility for their and their employees actions. thank you to the AACPD for remaining cordial and deescalating the situation. |
