I went to file a complaint at the police department on Taylor ave. in Annapolis MD and was greeted by a worker not wearing a mask telling me that i had to wear one or leave. she puts it on as soon as i pulled my phone out to video tape. i returned later in the next week to drop off the filled out complaint form and she threw a hissy fit. stayed tuned for that video |
