| Description: | January 4th 2022 Conducting a 1st Amendment Audit of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Harbor Community Station. In this video you will see me peacefully exercise my first amendment right to the press in publicly accessible areas throughout the building. As I walk through the corridors, SGT. MANLOVE decides to police the hallways and question my intentions in the publicly owned building. After stating my purpose he threatens me with arrest for trespassing on the premises. After asking for his name and badge number SGT. MANLOVE refused to verbally identify himself. LAPD policy requires officers of the law to be courteous and provide such information without issue when asked by the public. I was me with tyranny and ignorance only to be quickly shut down as they tried to enforce unlawful directives on me. In this report three officers were wrItten a complaint: SGT. Manlove Lavelle & Assistant Watch Commander Huddlet This is not North Korea where an officer of the law tells you where to sit, stand or walk. This is America where we are guaranteed our rights are to be protected by the Constitution of the United States. No one has permission to use any of my videos in any shape or form.
