I walked around checking out the patrol cars up close to get video & pictures inside the vehicles to see what our tax dollars get us these days. I was met outside by numerous deputies Along with a plain clothed Sargent attempting to question what I was doing in the parking lot. I continued on with my business and finished getting my images and video outside. I then went inside to take video & pictures inside the public lobby . After a few moments , the desk clerk deputy who originally met me outside stated I couldn't take pictures inside because it was a violation of the law. I asked what law prevents me from recording inside and she replied, trespass. I then asked for confirmation that I was in a public lobby. A Sargent then came out under the assumption I wanted to speak with him for clarification on the law . They then seemed to assert their authority when i was told I could continue on with my business, when I knew I could all along.
