| Description: | What up squad! I pass this building, the BOWIE MD City Hall and Police Dept on the way to my oncologist once a month so I figured i would stop and check it out. Its a really nice building as far as city buildings go here in MD. As always i am just exercising my 1st amendment right to film in public and publicly accessible areas and to make sure that's not infringed upon by anyone. Also if anyone knows how the sundial in the beginning of the video works please let me know. you guys like the new video intro?? I was met at the front sign I desk with a bit of attitude and for some reason the guy thinking I had been there before. he kept saying "same guy as last time". they tried to tell me I had to give up my name to sign into the building. after a bit of pushing back i was told I could go freely about my business. I tried to get a word with the city manager but they said I would need an appointment to do that. i would like to go back one day when the art works all have artists names included to give them credit for their work featured in here. Also I don't know what that noise was at the PD I don't remember there being any loud noise going on when I walked in but the lady did reach over and touch something when I came in with a camera so maybe its something to have to deter what I was doing.
