Cache Valley Transparency, who is highly concerned about officer safety goes out and holds orange flags to bring attention to the officers trying to cross the street to keep them safe, but Chief Gary Jensen is mad that they aren't able hand out enough tickets when drivers see his undercover pedestrians, so he tells Cache Valley Transparency that if he continues to keep officers safe, he will be arrested. |
