I FOIA requested all the camera footage involved and the Quincy Police would only release one dash cam with 90% muted/redacted. I received the completely unedited body camera video from a loyal viewer! This viewer saved the tax payers a bunch of money as well as exposed a bunch of corrupt cops, attorneys, a sheriff, and a corrupt judge. The judge has recently passed away so he will be spared the wrath of public opinion. They have violated FOIA multiple times, they have violated Illinois Law Enforcement Officer-Worn Body Camera act, and they violated their oaths of office. I will be publishing an update video on this one because I plan on sending ALL the evidence I've gathered to the Illinois Attorney General's Office, as well as the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board. Depending on what else I find from this video I will be contacting the IRS, Missouri Department of Revenue, and the Missouri Auditor Nicole Galloway. This case has already been through the court system in Illinois and the deputy was given back his license on account that it wasn't a public roadway! The collision sight is right in the middle of state highway IL96. The state's attorney Gary Farha, Judge Escapa, Sgt Scott, Officer Megee, and Officer Rescinto are all complicit with risking the lives of the citizens of the State of Illinois by allowing this to happen. There's also strong evidence that the officers on the scene ensured that a person under the influence was given a firearm which is a serious offense of the law in Illinois.
