I found the board president egging on another lawsuit and the sheriff believes he can search anybody on courthouse property. I hope the citizens of Hancock County realize that the sign is unlawful unless they search EVERYBODY that comes in and the county board realizes that you can't demand somebody's ID at a public meeting unless they are addressing the board in an official capacity. Journalist are not required to identify themselves at public meetings or anybody just wanting to sit in on the meeting.
