| Description: | this is a 2017 deposition of Brevard County Sheriff Deputy Brian Stoll. The original incident happened in 2013 where Jeffrey Marcus Gray was traveling with his wife and child when he noticed a traffic stop and decided to pull over to record from a safe distance. During the traffic stop the deputy called for a supervisor in which the supervisor came and solicited a trespass and then arrested Mr. Gray even after he left peacefully to a public easement. On top of that threatened to book him as John Doe so he would be locked up for 48 hours away from his wife and child while they figure it out. Keep in mind Mr. Gray did identify to deputy Stoll however: deputy Stoll was on a power trip and did not care!
