| Description: | This type of police activity is not only dangerous, they're committing offenses not because they have to for an emergency, but to "keep the peace". There are many more SAFE areas to do so instead of 3 squads blocking a roadway with no lights, then committing multiple other traffic offenses as they turn around and park pointed towards us....of course blocking a fire hydrant and the red line, nearly on top of the crosswalk. I hope change has been implemented but that's highly unlikely.
