Towards the end of my live video that followed, you can see Marquez intentionallypull up to me while blocking traffic in an attempt to taunt me & intimidate me out of my complaint against HIM, of course while impeding traffic he was also over the "stop line" and the stop sign, because laws apparently dont apply to this nut.
