Minutes later, Joe Navarro from the states attorneys office does the SAME THING. I was arrested less than 2 weeks later when they battered me on 2 separate occasions. This behavior occurred at the Lasalle County States Attorneys Office 815-434-8340 who conspired with the LaSalle County Sheriffs Office to deprive me of my rights and abuse me as I attempted to turn in misconduct and crimes.
