She was calm, kind and professional. Monica did NOT refuse my use of a publicly funded pen, she did NOT interfere with the freedom of information act and seemed surprised to hear of the officers behavior minutes before. Kudos to Monica for a job well done and for her willingness to be an asset to the community. Officer Merkle can learn a few things from Monica.
