| Description: | This audit takes place outside this Sonic fast food restaurant from the public sidewalk. The location wasn't extremely busy aside from a few vehicles in the drive thru , some cars parked in the stalls waiting for food & a groups dining in the covered patio area. We did have a couple of interactions while recording from a random bystander who began recording with his device & curious what was going on. He soon got bored & left , continuing on his way. One member of the party who was dining in the covered patio area did approach us asking what happened to cause us to be recording. When their group was ready to leave , they began to take issue with our recording once again, with one of them making a weak threat to throw his beverage at us. we did get a couple cam backs as well , along with the 1 finger salute from an individual in his vehicle... I did give this Sonic location a pass because we had no issues or any contact with the employees from the restaurant. #FirstAmendmentAudit #1AAudit #PublicPhotography #SouthernCalifornia |
