I went into the North Chicago Health Department,and 2 employees took video and photos of me with their personal phones. Sgt. Hartman told me the ladies names were Salena,and Maria. That was a bold face LIE.. The police or the health department provided me fake names,in an attempt to block my FOIA request from being granted,ultimately not allowing me to request the materials that I have a right to.(HUGE VIOLATION) Now I’m filling out an additional FOIA with the health department,and I’m requesting the cops body cam and dash cam footage from that day!! This is looking like a classic case of conspiracy to deny a citizen’s rights..
