| Description: | This was an interesting audit , as it began outside this business & moved next door to the hotel. What drew my attention to the first location was the large windows facing the public sidewalk , quickly the individuals working inside noticed my presence outside & soon sent a couple individuals out to question what I was doing. After the went inside, I moved next door to check out a hotel. There was a group outside the front lobby who noticed I was recording & quickly approached me , telling me that I wasn't allowed to record them. One from the group went inside to alert a hotel employee. He soon approached me expressing his concern over my recording. A short time later , law enforcement eventually showed up after apparently being called by both locations & seemingly explained to them that I was within my rights, which I knew already obviously #PublicPhotography #1AAudit #FirstAmendmentAudit #SouthernCalifornia |
