| Description: | My trip to the DMV in LaSalle, IL was short and to the point. While one employee tried telling me I could not film for my story, another (who I recognized as a long time employee) said nothing about my filming and quickly gave me what I needed politely. My hopes are that the veteran employee educated the other woman and my next visit she will have learned something from our little encounter. I'm glad I came here on this day, as myself and another person were able to do a team effort helping a stranded motorist as I was leaving :). Report: Not the best but I see the improvements coming. It is vital for these employees to receive the proper training in order to halt unintentionally violating the rights of the people. I do believe this woman believed what she was saying to me was true. |
