| Description: | This Audit takes place along the street featuring a few different establishments. My day of recording was going fine without any problems until I got to the 3rd spot where I was documenting along the sidewalk outside this restaurant,. A group of people dining at a window seat seemed to take issue with my cameras & alerted the server about my presence. A few minutes later, I was met outside by the same server asking if I was making a documentary & within a couple moments after that one of the owners made contact with me , asking me to leave & stating that some of his guests don't like me here, I returned to energy & told the owner that I didn't like him interrupting my video lol. He then threatened to call for police & returned inside. I mover down the sidewalk towards the front entrance where I saw the owner, when I asked him if police were still on the way. He then called me a loser , so I let him know that was a poor was to talk to the public & poor representation of his restaurant. Soon After that , two sheriff's deputies arrived on scene ( 1 male & 1 female). They proceeded to go appease the owners feelings by apologizing to him saying I'm sorry for that. As the deputies were leaving , the female deputy began giving directives telling me that if I go inside the restaurant , I'd be arrested for trespassing although I had zero intentions of ever going inside as I know where my public photography & videography boundary lines are. I continuously told the female deputy to be quiet , then gave my own directives to her, telling her to put on her seat belt, again giving back the energy I get. As the deputies drove off, I made sure to give them the 1 finger salute. Ultimately , I gave the restaurant & deputies a fail for this audit.
