We seriously thought this police chief was having a stroke or heart attack. He wouldn't respond to us and just sat there staring in to space. News Now Patrick has the best video of this incident. Also, notice nobody wanted to take News Now Houston's ID. Absolutely comedy gold. Thanks for the education and great videos David and Patrick you guys are awesome. Also, Houston is the hottest city I have been to in my life. It's still over 100 degree heat index in early morning.
