| Description: | 1st Amendment Audit 3 Bros Marijuana Dispensary Santa Cruz, CA In this audit I walk mostly around the front of the building taking some video to see if my constitutional rights are respected. I voted for this industry and believe in what they do however: that does not mean my rights do not apply while video recording in public. I had a very cordial conversation with a few of their customers with no major issues and ready to leave until the general manager snuck up on me threatening my life with physical violence if I don’t stop recording and leave immediately.
